|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For international orders, please contact our customer service team at (703) 632-1943. We will give you estimated freight charges for your approval. Please note that any duties and/or taxes placed on orders will need to be paid for by the purchaser. There is an additional document handling fee of $15 for all international orders.

|When will my order ship?|
|Personalized Yeti's will ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom items, such as engraved plaques, awards, session bars, and YBR session coins normally ship in 6-8 weeks and will be shipped directly from the vendor.|
